Online Meetings
With the suspension of our Meetings at City Hospital, we held our first online ZOOM meeting in March 2020. In total, we had 14 participants and had a great conversation about being cooped up and what a relief it was to talk with one another. It was decided that whilst we couldn’t meet in person, we would have monthly online meetings to allow those who could to keep in touch.
Following the return to face-to-face meetings, we have retained a ZOOM meeting on the Second Thursday of the month for those who wish to attend and to help introduce new members before attending one of our Group Meetings in person. This allows everyone to chat and ask the other members of the group about their experiences or how they handle particular situations.
